5th of November. I was watching V for Vendetta last week, I bought it on DVD a while back and never watched it, a fate that many of the DVD boxsets in my room have succumbed to after I bought them. I really liked it. I shall have to buy the graphic novel. I've been reading them a lot too instead of watching anime. During my last few days at work I bought the Sandman, a graphic novel with 7 chapters about Morpheus and his strange family the Endless. I'm reading it now. It took me until the 3rd chapter to understand what was going on, because it starts off a bit abstract. I bought it on a whim, so I'm still figuring out what it's about. It's really quite beautiful.
I went to Rosannah and Sheida's place for dinner last week (3rd) , and they cooked us a really tasty dinner:
Then we went across the road to watch the bonfire and fireworks in Battersea Park =)
It was a really good display, probably the first time I've ever "oooh-ed" and "aaaah-ed" at fireworks before!! Very enjoyable, and loved how it was orchestrated to set off with the mood of the music. Come to think of it, just like how 'V' set off his explosives in V for Vendetta =P
