The Urban Planner (by Mike)

The roads don’t make a lot of sense, the town feels like a mess,
The traffic system’s awful, causing motorists distress.
The whole place is a tangle and a mangle of congestion,
Which couldn’t help but place the urban planner’s skills in question.
When pressured he revealed that if you viewed it from above,
It formed a lady’s face, with whom the planner was in love.
He built it as a tribute, as the lady was so pretty –
It made a lovely gesture but an awful fucking city.
