There are some people who can see further past themselves to simply ask how you are, and feign listening for more than 30 seconds. That's all it takes sometimes.
And there are some people who just can't.
Honestly some people are really bad at it. So bad that I now realise why I'm friends with people I don't necessarily like all the time, and only acquaintances with people who I think are remotely cool.

The first collection of the webcomic drawn by Karl Kerschl. I met Karl in November (?) and he's a really nice guy, who draws really amazing comics.
